Children's Card

The Children’s Staff of the Lucy Robbins Welles Library likes to encourage reading at any age so any child, at any age, living in the town of Newington may have a library card. We do ask that parents also sign a library card registration form (PDF) for anyone under Grade 9. Young adults in Grade 9 and up are responsible for their own library materials.

Children from birth to grade 6 who live in Newington receive a new library card during the month of September will receive a small goody bag. Apply for a library card at the Circulation Desk today and then go to the Children's Department to get your free goody bag. (New registrants only).
