Becoming Friend of the Library is another way to support the library. Money collected through membership is used to fund library programming and supplement the library's collection. Membership also includes annual benefits and a subscription the library newsletter.
The Friends of the Library have two book sales each year. One is in the spring and the second one is in the fall. Thousands of books, DVDs, Blu-Ray DVDs, music CDs, videos, records and special priced books are available to purchase. All proceeds from the book sales are used by the Friends to support the library.
The Friends of the Library have a small kiosk in the Library called the Friends Corner. Here you can purchase library tote bags and other library related gifts as well gently used books, music CDs, DVDs and videos. You can also purchase a cup of coffee or tea here.
