The Board of Trustees for the Lucy Robbins Welles Library has established the following levels of fund giving:
- Authors Club - those whose gifts in a fiscal year total up to $999
- Patrons Club - those whose gifts in a fiscal year total $1,000 to $4,999
- Benefactors Circle – those whose gifts in a fiscal year total $5,000 to $9,999
- Directors Circle - those whose gifts in a fiscal year total $10,000 to $24,999
- Runners Council - those race sponsors whose gifts, which may be cumulative, total $25,000 or more.
- Trustees Council – those whose gifts, which may be cumulative, total $25,000 to $99,999
- 1939 Society - those whose gifts, which may be cumulative, total $100,000 or more
- Planned Giving Council – those who include the Lucy Robbins Welles Library in their estate plans
Gifts at the donor levels that become cumulative gifts over time will be recognized at the appropriate Level of Giving when the respective level is reached.
