Facilities Management provides services including, but not limited to the following:
- Provides a central planning resource for the maintenance and upgrades of all town owned buildings
- Establishes and administers maintenance contracts for building support systems
- Maintains and administers long range capital equipment replacement strategies
- Development and implementation of aesthetic improvement plans
- Develop energy conservation strategies and implementation plans for town buildings
- Development of capital improvement projects and budgets
- Town Hall Code Compliance and Upgrade Proposals
- Historic Homes Grant Applications
- Construction Management of all Capital Projects
