[ARCHIVED] Transit Village Design District Zoning Regulations

To capitalize on the new Hartford Line train station being considered for Newington, the Newington Town Council has submitted “Transit Village Design District” zoning regulations to TPZ for adoption. A public hearing has been scheduled for July 10, 2019.
