CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation and Repairs
Starting the week of February 17th, Metropolitan District (MDC), their contractor VMS Construction Company, and subcontractors BLD Services, Inc and Insituform Technologies will begin performing sanitary sewer repairs and rehabilitation on the sewer system serving the Welles Drive easement.
Initial construction activities will include manhole replacements and repairs. Crews will access the easement from Elton Drive and will be primarily working offroad. See the map below this notice for easement area and access.
Work hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The manhole work is expected to take approximately 3 weeks to complete.
