The Town has contracted eQuality Valuation Services, Inc. to take pictures of all Real Estate in the Town of Newington. The project is expected to commence on August 26, 2024. All vehicles will have eQuality Valuation Services Magnets.
There will be 4 employees of eQuality out in the field taking pictures as follows:

The revaluation (5 year valuation) of all property is taking place next year effective October 1, 2025.
