The Town has contracted eQuality Valuation Services, Inc. to take pictures of all Real Estate in the Town of Newington. The project is expected to commence on August 26, 2024. All vehicles will have eQuality Valuation Services Magnets.
There will be 3 employees of eQuality out in the field taking pictures as follows:
Asher – Driving a White 2012 Toyota Corolla Photo press release Asher
Rob – Driving a Silver 2019 Hyundai Sonata Photo press release Rob
Peter- Driving a Gray Mazda 3 Hatchback Photo press release Peter
The revaluation (5 year valuation) of all property is taking place next year effective October 1, 2025.
