Annual Declarations of Personal Property were mailed the last week of September 2023. Declarations are due in the Assessor's Office no later than Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
Connecticut General Statute §12-40 requires all owners and lessors of tangible property, both residents and non-residents, file a declaration of personal property by November 1, 2023. Failure to file by November 1, 2023. will result in a 25% penalty.
