Chef Demo – BBQ Short Ribs – Wednesday, January 10, 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.  Join Janet McClendon, Director of Culinary Services at Atria Greenridge Place for this fun meal demonstration.  Chef Janet will prepare BBQ spareribs with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus.  Reservations required.  Please register in the office or by calling 860 665-8778.
