[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Booster Clinic at the Senior & Disabled Center

The Senor & Disabled Center is partnering with the Central CT Health District to offer a COVID-19 booster and vaccine clinic here at the Center on Friday, December 2 from 9:30 a.m. -  1:00 p.m.  Both the new bivalent COVID booster as well as initial vaccine doses will be offered at this clinic.  Pfizer and Moderna vaccines/boosters are available.  Boosters are available to anyone who has had one booster or the second dose of the initial vaccine more than two months ago.

Walk-ins are welcome at this clinic.  The clinic is open to anyone age 18+; feel free to pass along this info to anyone who may be interested.

 Vaccines and boosters are free of charge.  Please bring your ID, insurance info and any previous COVID vaccine records with you to the clinic. 

Dial A Ride is available to members with advance reservation.  If you need a ride to the clinic, please call for a ride reservation no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 1.
