Newington Human Services presents Maureen Ross Gemme, MS Ed, CEP, Leadership Trainer, Coach, Speaker and Author of Emerge Leadership Academy, LLC for a dynamic and interactive workshop on "Understanding Your Personality Style & Managing Stress"

Stress is an unavoidable part of life, but how we handle it can make all the difference. Left unmanaged, stress can lead to burnout, strained relationships, and even serious health issues. It can also impact job performance, decision-making, and overall well-being. The good news? By understanding your personality style, you can identify your unique stress triggers and develop strategies to reduce or even eliminate unnecessary stress. In this interactive 60-minute seminar, we’ll explore the Everything DiSC personality framework! Through engaging discussion and practical exercises, participants will learn:

✅ Stress: What it is and how we’re affected

✅ Personality: How to self-identify your type and leverage this knowledge to understand what stresses you

✅ Self-Care: The path to well-being

This event will be held on Wednesday, April 9th from 6-7pm in the Community Room at the Lucy Robbins Welles Library, 100 Garfield Street, Newington, CT 06111.
