Beginning Saturday, January 6th the Town's Transfer Station will be open Saturdays only for the months of January, February and March. Operating hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Residents are reminded a valid landfill permit is required to dispose of vegetation. Permits may be obtained at the Town Highway Garage, 281 Milk Lane or the Town Clerk's office located at the Town Hall, 200 Garfield St. Residents may dispose of grass and leaves along with other acceptable recycling items with proof of residency.
