Health and Wellness
In collaboration with Parks and Recreation and community partners, the Senior and Disabled Center has opportunities for you to exercise.
The Fitness Center is designed to offer our members the chance to exercise using treadmills, stationary bikes, weights and other equipment...the same kind found in commercial fitness centers.
Each Monday, the Center offers a Wellness Clinic in the health office.
We offer Wii bowling virtually every day.
