How do I cancel or change a reservation?

If you reserve a physical pass and change your plans, you may cancel your own reservation or call 860-665-8700 and a staff person would be happy to cancel the reservation for you. Print-on Demand pass reservations will need to be changed or modified by a staff person. Print-on-Demand passes are invalid after the day of the reservation.
 
To cancel your reservation for a physical pass: 
1. Go to the Museum Online page
2. Click on Log In and login with your library card number and your PIN (Your pin is the same number you use to access your library card account online).
3. A list of your reservations will appear. Click on the Cancel button and then click Yes to confirm your cancellation.
4. Your reservation will be removed from your List of Reservations. Log out of your account and then you are all set.
