Are there any limits or penalties?

You may reserve 4 passes per month but you may not exceed 1 reservation per month for the same museum. During the summer and other high use periods passes will be limited to one per week up to 4 per month. If you fail to pick up passes twice in a 90 day period you will be blocked from reserving passes for 90 days. There is a $5 per day fine if the physical pass is not returned on time and the replacement fee for a lost physical pass is the cost of the pass. Print-on-Demand passes do not need to be returned, are only good for the day of the reservation and expire at he end of that day. For more information, please call 860-665-8700.
