This year’s maximum incomes are no more than $37,000 for a single individual and no more than $45,100 for a married couple.  Income is described as all taxable income per your adjust gross income from your federal tax return plus Social Security. More information can be found at the Elderly Tax Relief Program page, the Totally Disabled Tax Relief Program page.  A summary of benefits can be found on the Exempt Summary page.
