The Town Assessor has certified the 2019 Grand List which is a complete listing of all real and personal property in town as of the assessment date of October 1, 2019.

The total net taxable Grand List for this year is $2,657,248,824 which is an increase of $16,673,894 or .63% over last year’s total.  At the present mill rate of 39.45, this increase will generate approximate $657,785 of new tax revenue.
