Wednesdays for 10 weeks beginning March 1st from 10:30am—11:15am 

We have partnered with Roba Physical Therapy to proved a balance & strength class to help decrease your risk of falling 

and risk of injury, and to keep you healthy and mobile!  Fee is $15 for 10 classes.  Class size is limited so register early!
