For grades 6 – 12. Our life skills group will consist of participating in fun arts and crafts activities, such as coloring, drawing, creating vision boards, and many more fun activities! The group will also have gentle discussions surrounding feelings of anxiety, stress, and other emotions that may arise due to situations at school, and/or in daily life. Snacks will be provided! Registration required. Sponsored with the Newington Department of Human Services.
