Newington Parks and Recreation Department will host the 4th Annual 'Fat Friday Zumba' on Friday, November 23, 2012, from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. at the Mortensen Community Center Gymnasium. 

You can gobble 'til you wobble, and then participate in this fun, intense Zumba class to burn those calories off!!

This event is for adults ages 16+.  This class is FREE, but participants should bring one or more canned food items to benefit the Newington Food Bank and a donation (suggested amount $5 - $10) which will be used to sponsor two Newington families in need this holiday season.  Pre-registration is not required!
