8/17/2009 - Stay in Shape or Try Something New with Late-Summer Fitness Classes!

Looking to stay in shape after our summer programs end until our fall programs begin? Or are you looking to try something new to add to your workout program?  Take one of our late summer fitness classes! 

  • Mat Pilates:  Wednesdays, September 9, 16, 23.   6:30 - 7:30 p.m.  ($25 for residents). 
  • Yoga for Older Adults:  Mondays, August 17 - September 14 (no class September 7).  11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.  ($21 for residents). 
  • Hi/Lo Aerobics:  Mondays & Wednesdays, August 31 - September 30 (no class September 7).  6:30-7:30 p.m.  ($36 for residents).
