Kelsey/Church St Pavement Rehabilitation Project

The project generally consists of the mill and overlay of approximately 2,940 feet of Kelsey Street and 1,530 feet of Church Street (Kelsey St to Stonehedge Dr) including the removal of all existing curbing and replacement with bituminous concrete lip curbing, construction of driveways, topsoil and turf establishment, pavement markings, signing, restoration, replacement of catch basin tops, resetting of utility gates and other work as described in the Contract Documents.
Bids for the project are expected to be received during the mid-September 2009 time frame. Work is expected to be performed this fall provided the project can be awarded in time.
