Facilities Management provides services
including, but not limited to the following:

• Provides a central planning resource for the maintenance and upgrades of all town owned buildings.

  • Establishes and administers maintenance contracts for building support systems.

  • Maintains and administers long range capital equipment replacement strategies.

  • Development and implementation of aesthetic improvement plans.

  • Develop energy conservation strategies and implementation plans for town buildings

• Development of capital improvement projects and budgets

  • Town Hall Code Compliance and Upgrade Proposals

  • Historic Homes Grant Applications

  • Construction Management of all Capital Projects
