Facilities Management provides services including, but not limited to the following:
Provides a central planning resource for the maintenance and upgrades of all town owned buildings.
Establishes and administers maintenance contracts for building support systems.
Maintains and administers long range capital equipment replacement strategies.
Development and implementation of aesthetic improvement plans.
Develop energy conservation strategies and implementation plans for town buildings
Development of capital improvement projects and budgets
Town Hall Code Compliance and Upgrade Proposals
Historic Homes Grant Applications
Construction Management of all Capital Projects
