Wellness Clinic

Each Monday, the Center offers a Wellness Clinic in the health office.  This Clinic is staffed by our Nurse Practitioner, Stacie Zibel, APRN and her able assistants, Gail and Ellie.  The clinic, partially sponsored by the Central Connecticut Health District, offers a variety of preventative services and information.  They include:

• blood pressure screening
• diabetes screening
• medication counseling
• nutrition counseling
• cholesterol screening (a small fee applies to this service)

To participate in the Clinic, members should call our main office to make an appointment.

The Clinic also maintains a comprehensive array of information about the health issues that concern you the most.  Our volunteers can help you find the information that you need.  You can also borrow one of our many health videos.
