Assignment Alert Forms

The purpose of the assignment alert form is to enable the library to serve the students of Newington by being prepared to supply information needed for major homework assignments and projects. By knowing in advance what those assignments are, the library can locate relevant materials and have them readily available for the students' use. Please fill out and submit the Online Assignment Alert Form below. Or you may print, fill out, and return a hard copy version of the Assignment Alert Form to the library in person or by fax at 667-1255.
